Why I'm building this.
I've spent the last several years in and around Australian education and digital businesses, watching teams adopt AI in fits and starts. The same pattern kept showing up: a leadership team excited about AI, a glossy proposal from a Big-4 or a polished pitch from a freelance shop, six months later a half-finished tool that no one in the business knows how to run.
EasiraAI is built around the idea that the missing piece is enablement — the training, documentation, and handover that turns a one-off project into a permanent capability. It's not the most glamorous part of the work, which is why most consultancies skip it. It's also the part that matters most.
