Fixed-fee. We share the figure on the discovery call once we understand the scope of your environment. No hourly billing for the Audit.
How is this different from a free Big-4 workshop?
We don't run free workshops. The Audit is a paid, senior-led engagement with named deliverables — a scorecard, a shortlist, a governance gap, an R&DTI memo. The Big-4 workshop is a sales pitch with a deck; ours is a piece of work you can act on whether you hire us next or not.
Do you sell us into a bigger project after?
We'd be honoured if you choose us for the Pilot. We don't condition the Audit on it. The Audit stands on its own and is genuinely useful even if you take the work elsewhere — that's the point of training-led delivery.
How fast can we start?
Discovery call within 5 business days of you booking. Audit kicks off the week after. The two-week timeline runs from kickoff. We commit to dates, we hit them.
