Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
EasiraAI Pty Ltd ("EasiraAI", "we", "us") is an Australian business. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information through the easiraai.com website and any direct communications. It is aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (Cth) — including the automated decision-making transparency requirements that take effect on 10 December 2026.
What information we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, role, company, email, and the content of the message you send us. When you submit a form we also attach basic context on how you first reached us — the page you landed on, the referring website (if any), and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We also record your approximate location (city and region/state, derived from your IP address at the moment you submit — we do not store the IP itself) so we can see which regions our enquiries come from. This is recorded only on submission, helps us understand which of our content and regions are worth focusing on, and is never third-party advertising tracking.
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address only.
- Aggregate, cookieless analytics (no consent required): we use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and measures performance (Web Vitals) for every visitor without cookies and without identifying you. It sets nothing on your device and builds no profile.
- Analytics & session insights (only with your consent): with your consent we additionally use Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, time on site, device class, country-level location) and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session replay and heatmaps — how visitors move, scroll and click on a page — with all page text and form inputs masked by default. These use cookies and load only after you accept analytics cookies; if you decline, neither runs, and you can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookies" in the footer.
- Server logs: our hosting provider logs request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security and abuse mitigation.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (health, racial or ethnic origin, political views, etc.) through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and follow up on discovery calls.
- To send the EasiraAI newsletter, where you have explicitly subscribed.
- To improve the website (aggregate analytics only).
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as an Australian business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Automated decision-making
EasiraAI does not use automated decision-making in the public interactions on this website. Every email reply, every discovery-call booking, every proposal is reviewed by a human at EasiraAI.
If we introduce any automated processing of personal information that could significantly affect your rights, interests, or opportunities, this policy will be updated to disclose it — including the types of personal information involved, in line with the Privacy Act 2026 transparency rules.
Third parties we rely on
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and performance analytics. Servers in the United States.
- Cloudflare Inc. — DNS, edge caching, email routing. Servers globally; AU edges available.
- Resend Inc. — transactional and newsletter email. Servers in the European Union.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept analytics cookies). Servers in the United States.
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity, anonymised session replay and heatmaps (only if you accept analytics cookies). Servers in the United States.
- Cal.com, Inc. — the booking widget used to schedule discovery calls. If you book a call, the name, email and any details you enter into the widget are processed by Cal.com. Servers in the United States.
- HubSpot, Inc. — customer relationship management. When you submit the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we store your submission (and basic first-touch source context) in HubSpot so we can follow up. Servers in the United States and European Union.
For client engagements (paid consulting work), our standard MSA defines AU-only data residency where the client requires it. That arrangement is separate from this public-website policy.
Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies (required for the site to function — set by Vercel for routing and security).
- Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) — set only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookies" in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any personal information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your personal information from our systems (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations).
Email hello@easiraai.com for any of the above. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please email hello@easiraai.com first — we take it seriously and we will respond promptly.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: www.oaic.gov.au.
